Community Care Physicians (CCP) did not have a security incident. Our systems were not compromised.
Change Healthcare, which was previously a payment processing vendor for our billing system, Veradigm, did have a security incident. This past relationship is why CCP was named in letters our patients received.
If you have questions, patients can call Change Healthcare at 1-866-262-5342, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm, CT. Change Healthcare is offering patients the option to sign up for free credit protection. Please follow the instructions in your letter.

Dr. Richard Orsi is a board-certified family physician. He received his medical degree from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry in Rochester, New York. Dr. Orsi completed the family practice residency program at York Hospital in York, Pennsylvania. He began his studies at Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts, earning his bachelor’s degree.
