Community Care Physicians (CCP) did not have a security incident. Our systems were not compromised.
Change Healthcare, which was previously a payment processing vendor for our billing system, Veradigm, did have a security incident. This past relationship is why CCP was named in letters our patients received.
If you have questions, patients can call Change Healthcare at 1-866-262-5342, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm, CT. Change Healthcare is offering patients the option to sign up for free credit protection. Please follow the instructions in your letter.

Justin Ali

Biography

Originally from Carmel, NY, Dr. Justin Ali is a resident physician at Albany Family Medicine in Albany, NY. He completed his undergraduate education at Wesleyan University in Middletown, CT, where he studied neuroscience. Dr. Ali continued to work in Connecticut for a year before pursuing his medical education at the University of New England in Biddeford, ME. After two years of didactic education, he returned to New York to continue his clinical education at Columbia Memorial Hospital in Hudson, NY, where he has resided across the Hudson in Rensselaer since. Dr. Ali fell in love with family medicine during medical school because of the longitudinal care and focus on patient education and advocacy. Providing accessible, high-quality care to the community is what he has valued most during his medical education and is a goal he will continue to pursue in Albany. Dr. Ali’s interests include musculoskeletal medicine, academic medicine, and hospital-based care. After spending time with the program during his medical education, he chose Albany’s residency program. He was impressed with the high level of care consistently provided in all his areas of interest. Outside of medicine, Dr. Ali enjoys spending quality time with his wife and their spoiled Maine Coon, Oliver. They enjoy traveling, experiencing different cultures, and anything related to food.
