Dr. Michael Burke received his Bachelor of Science from Stonehill College, N. Easton, MA, and his Doctor of Medicine from Albany Medical College. Following his internship at Albany Medical Center, Dr. Burke completed residencies in both internal medicine and diagnostic radiology.
Dr. Burke has been affiliated with the Radiological Society of North America, the American College of Radiology, the American Roentgen Ray Society, the Northeastern NY Radiological Society, and the Society of Computed Body Tomography.
Dr. Burke grew up in Clifton Park, NY and graduated from Shenendehowa High School. He returned to the area for medical school and his residency. Dr. Burke chose his specialty of radiology because he was fascinated by the then newly emerging technologies of CT, ultrasound, and MRI, and their value in patient care.
In his free time, Dr. Burke is a HAM Radio operator and enjoys cycling.
