Marian Borgia is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and works as a Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) on our Integrated Behavioral Health team. BHCs at Community Care Physicians are licensed mental health providers and social workers. Many are embedded within our practices working side by side with your doctor and health care team in delivering you the best “whole person” healthcare possible.

Marian chose to specialize in social work and behavioral health due to her passion for empowering people to take care of all aspects of their life. In addition, she has a special interest in how mental health can fit into and affect physical health. Her favorite part of her job is working and collaborating with primary care to better balance medical and wellness strategies.
