Originally from Chittenango, just outside of Syracuse, NY, Dr. Owens has always wanted to pursue a career in medicine since the young age of five. She found the field of radiology fascinating in the sense you can learn so much about a person and have a significant impact on patient care without having to do anything too invasive. Dr. Owens loves helping people figure out why they are having the symptoms they are having. When caring for patients, Dr. Owens believes looking at the patient as a whole and identifying the cause of the symptoms is most important for quality care.
In her spare time, Dr. Owens enjoys running, skiing, hiking, and soccer.
