Community Care Physicians (CCP) did not have a security incident. Our systems were not compromised.
Change Healthcare, which was previously a payment processing vendor for our billing system, Veradigm, did have a security incident. This past relationship is why CCP was named in letters our patients received.
If you have questions, patients can call Change Healthcare at 1-866-262-5342, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm, CT. Change Healthcare is offering patients the option to sign up for free credit protection. Please follow the instructions in your letter.

Katarina Campoli

Biography

Katarina Campoli is a certified family nurse practitioner and a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and the National Association of Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health. She received her Master of Science in nursing from the University of Colorado in Aurora, CO. Katarina also completed a Bachelor of Science in exercise science from the University at Buffalo in Buffalo, NY, and a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Binghamton University in Binghamton, NY. She is particularly interested in women’s health, diabetes, disease prevention, and healthy aging.

Katarina’s deep sense of compassion and desire to help people led her to become a registered nurse. After years of working in acute care settings as an RN, she wanted to shift focus to help patients improve their health and avoid trips to the hospital, which inspired Katarina to pursue her advanced nursing degree, focusing on primary care. She chose family medicine specifically because she enjoys caring for patients of all ages and loves that she can form long-lasting relationships. Katarina’s favorite part of her job is empowering patients by helping them understand their medical conditions so they can make informed decisions about their health. When caring for patients, she believes it’s important to establish a trusting relationship in a nonjudgmental setting to allow for open and honest communication. Katarina recognizes that each patient has unique life experiences and strives to provide individualized care by holistically caring for each patient. She partners with her patients to develop a treatment plan that best fits their lives.

Katarina is originally from Guilford, NY. Outside of medicine, she enjoys baking, hiking, camping, and spending time with her husband, son, and dog.
