UnitedHealthcare (UHC) has begun sending letters to CCP patients indicating that we are in contract negotiations and may be out of network starting February 15, 2025, after our existing agreement expires. We understand these letters may be confusing and cause concern, but it’s important to note that patients do not need to take action yet. We will send letters (via email and mail) to our patients with clear guidance as soon as there are definitive updates. Our priority remains minimizing any disruption to care.
