Eleanor has always been interested in medicine, but it was not until the pandemic that she decided to advance her career in the nursing field. As the nursing manager during the COVID pandemic at a local hospital, they were receiving many sick patients from NYC, and she knew there was more she could do to help patients by becoming a provider. The majority of Eleanor’s experience comes from inpatient nursing. During her clinical rotations, she had the opportunity to experience outpatient as well as home health services. This has allowed her to determine the best access to care for patients and how to set them up with resources to be successful with their health. Eleanor loves building relationships with her patients. She believes communication and understanding them are most important for quality care. Her love for caring for others sets Eleanor apart as a nurse practitioner.
Eleanor has called the Capital Region home for her whole life. She enjoys spending time outdoors any chance she can.
