Community Care Physicians (CCP) did not have a security incident. Our systems were not compromised.
Change Healthcare, which was previously a payment processing vendor for our billing system, Veradigm, did have a security incident. This past relationship is why CCP was named in letters our patients received.

Biography

Ashley Yackeren is a certified physician assistant and a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the New York State Society of Physician Assistants. She received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Touro College of Health Sciences in New York, NY, and her Bachelor of Science in biology from Siena College in Albany, NY. Ashley has a particular interest in women’s health and pediatrics. She enjoys being a part of her patients’ life-long health.

Ashley is originally from Hopewell Junction, NY. She likes being outdoors, hiking, and kayaking.
