Anamika Kharb is a certified physician assistant and is fluent in Hindi. She is a member of the New York State Society of PAs. Anamika received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, NY. She began her studies at Subharti University in Meerut, U.P., India, earning her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery. Anamika is interested in disease prevention.

Anamika’s compassion for patients drew her to practice medicine. When she was 15 years old, she saw the lack of access to healthcare for different reasons, which drove her to pursue a career in healthcare to provide high quality care to patients. Anamika’s favorite part about being a physician assistant is serving people and bringing a positive and significant difference to their healthcare needs. She believes effective communication and listening to the patients are most important. As a PA, Anamika aims to provide exceptional care and flexibility to understand patients’ needs. What brings her the most satisfaction professionally is seeing her patients improve and giving them a better quality of life.

Anamika is originally from India, where she practiced as a general physician. Outside work, she enjoys singing and dancing.
