Community Care Physicians (CCP) did not have a security incident. Our systems were not compromised.
Change Healthcare, which was previously a payment processing vendor for our billing system, Veradigm, did have a security incident. This past relationship is why CCP was named in letters our patients received.
If you have questions, patients can call Change Healthcare at 1-866-262-5342, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm, CT. Change Healthcare is offering patients the option to sign up for free credit protection. Please follow the instructions in your letter.

Abigail Rauf

Biography

Abigail Rauf is a certified nurse midwife and a member of the American College of Nurse-Midwives. She earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Maria College in Albany, New York. Abigail went on to receive her Master of Science in nurse-midwifery from Stony Brook University in Stony Brook, NY.

Abigail chose to specialize in obstetrics and gynecology after her experience during undergraduate training. Women’s health care is her passion through every season of life, from adolescence to childbearing, through and beyond menopause, with a particular interest in prenatal and postnatal care. From a young age, Abigail had an intrinsic desire to help others going through difficult times. Her favorite part of her job is the reward of knowing at the end of the day that she helped patients move forward in their life and their health.

Abigail is originally from Greene County. In her free time, she enjoys music, being outdoors, hiking and camping, and spending time with her family and her dogs.
