The Office of Dr. Lev Barats specializes in the care of adult patients in Slingerlands, NY. We offer annual physicals, wellness visits, sick visits, preventive care, and coordinate of care with area specialists. We strive to continue providing the best care for our patients in a kind, friendly and caring environment.

We offer our patients telemedicine services and a patient portal to connect with us securely online. We also provide on-site blood draw, behavioral health, care management, clinical pharmacy services, and certain diagnostic testing.
