Natalia Losi, RN, MS, AGNP, is an Adult and Geriatric Nurse Practitioner specializing in internal medicine and primary care for adults and older adults. With more than two decades in healthcare, Natalia brings broad clinical experience and a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to caring for individuals with diverse health needs.
Natalia earned her Associate of Science in Nursing from Maria College of Albany, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Empire State College, part of the State University of New York system. She later earned her Master of Science in Adult/Geriatric Nursing, with a focus on the Adult/Geriatric Nurse Practitioner role, from Sage College of Albany.
Natalia’s passion for healthcare began early. At just five years old, she began helping her legal guardian prepare medication and change dressings, an experience that sparked a lifelong commitment to caring for others. By age 14, she worked the summer at a public hospital in Moscow, further strengthening her interest in medicine. After immigrating to the United States in 1993, she continued building her career, gaining experience as a cardiology technician and registered nurse before becoming a nurse practitioner.
Throughout her career, Natalia has worked across a wide variety of medical and surgical specialties in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Her experience includes cardiology, neurology, pulmonology, endocrinology, vascular surgery, rheumatology, and emergency medicine, among others. She also brings approximately 15 years of experience caring for military veterans, with specialized knowledge of service-connected conditions and occupational exposures. This diverse background informs her approach to internal medicine, particularly when helping patients navigate complex or difficult-to-diagnose health conditions.
Natalia believes that effective healthcare begins with listening and building a partnership with each patient. She sees patients as leaders of their own healthcare journeys and strives to provide the guidance, support, and knowledge they need to make informed decisions and achieve their health and wellness goals. She especially values the opportunity to connect with patients and their families and help each individual make the most of their abilities.
A longtime Capital Region resident, Natalia appreciates the community that welcomed her and inspired her to put down roots and raise her family.
Outside of work, she enjoys exploring local waterfalls, foraging for mushrooms, and recreating recipes from an antique cookbook dating back to 1911. After seven years as a baker, she still enjoys making desserts. She is also passionate about holistic wellness and believes that maintaining a healthy balance of rest, physical and mental activity, nutritious food, and stress management is essential to overall well-being.
Natalia welcomes patients from all backgrounds and looks forward to helping them take an active role in their health. She speaks Russian as her first language.
