Community Care Physicians (CCP) did not have a security incident. Our systems were not compromised.
Change Healthcare, which was previously a payment processing vendor for our billing system, Veradigm, did have a security incident. This past relationship is why CCP was named in letters our patients received.
If you have questions, patients can call Change Healthcare at 1-866-262-5342, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm, CT. Change Healthcare is offering patients the option to sign up for free credit protection. Please follow the instructions in your letter.

Biography

I enjoy seeing my patients grow up to be happy, healthy, and successful young adults.

Dr. A. George Pascual joined Community Care Pediatrics – Clifton Park in 2004 after nearly thirteen years on the faculty at the Albany Medical College, practicing as a primary care pediatrician at The Children’s Hospital at Albany Medical Center. After graduating from Albany Medical College in 1986, he completed a residency in pediatrics at The Children’s Hospital. Dr. Pascual serves as Community Care Pediatrics – Clifton Park’s medical manager and is on the Community Care Physicians Board of Directors and Officers. His area of particular interest includes developmental-behavioral pediatrics.

When he is not seeing patients, Dr. Pascual enjoys playing volleyball, archery, hiking, and camping.
