Jillian Kucskar is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) on our Integrated Behavioral Health team. BHCs at Community Care Physicians are licensed mental health providers and social workers. Many are embedded within our practices working side by side with your doctor and health care team in delivering you the best “whole person” healthcare possible.

Jillian has years of experience facilitating group as well as individual counseling. Jillian has treated substance use disorders, individuals who are dually diagnosed (mental health and substance use), anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and thought disorders. Her focus is to help individuals create well-balanced lifestyles that are conducive to healthy mental health and living in recovery.

Ever since Jillian was a child, she knew she would be in the human services field. Throughout the years, she has been given opportunities and has found a real passion for helping others. She loves working with all people and learning new things. Outside helping others, Jillian enjoys spending time with her children and tending to their little farm, gardening, painting, and refurbishing furniture.
