New Digital (Online) Billing Portal for Community Care Physicians

We’re excited to introduce Community Care Physicians’ new online billing portal, Veradigm Intelligent Payment (VIP)!

Our new platform provides a hassle-free experience for viewing and paying bills with just one click from anywhere. Say goodbye to paper bills and office calls, and hello to seamless, secure billing at your fingertips.

Here’s what you need to know about our new digital billing portal:

You will receive a text message from (518) 864-1462 and email from [email protected]:

  • If you have a bill with Community Care Physicians and a cell phone number/email address on file with us, you will receive a text/email message welcoming you to our digital billing world with a link to view your statement and make a payment. For reference, this is the text message you will receive:

Welcome to Community Care Physicians digital billing. It’s online and secure. You have a statement available for your recent visit. By accessing the portal, you will not receive a paper statement during this billing cycle. Click here to view your account and make a payment.


  • Click on the link provided in the text message to view your statement and pay your bill. This link will take you to the personapay.com website.
  • Your account number is automatically populated when you click the link from the text/email.
  • Simply enter your/the patient’s date of birth to confirm your identity and access your account.

Flexible Payment Options:

  • Pay your bills in full, make partial payments, set up automatic payments, or choose a payment plan that suits you.
  • Pay with credit/debit cards, e-check, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or your HSA/HRA/FSA card.

Comprehensive Billing Services:

  • Easily view statements, payment history, and set communication preferences regarding billing statements.
  • Payment receipts are sent to you via email, or you can access them through the billing portal.
  • Need assistance? Reach out to Community Care Physicians’ local customer service experts directly through the portal (you can also continue to call (518) 782-3700 for assistance).

Easy Account Access:

  • Can’t find the text/email we sent? You can visit our website at communitycare.com and select the “Pay My Bill” link at the top of the page to access our online billing portal at any time, 24/7. You’ll need your account number from your statement and your date of birth to log in through the Community Care website.

If you have an outstanding bill, a cell phone number/email address on file with Community Care, and haven’t yet received a text/email message to our billing portal, stay tuned—it may take up to a full statement cycle (another month) to receive the message. In the meantime, you can pay your bill through communitycare.com. Remember to ensure we have your correct cell number and email on file at your next office visit for future communications. If you previously tried the link and had any issues, please try again now that the system is fully implemented.

Patients are automatically enrolled in text and email statements. If we don’t receive your payment online through the portal, we will send you a paper statement in the mail. If you want to opt out of digital billing and receive paper statements only, follow the opt out instructions in the text/email message or change your communication preferences in the billing portal.
