Community Care Physicians is excited to announce the addition of two esteemed behavioral health providers, Daniel Perico, MHC-LP, and Blakely Brown, MHC-LP, to our team at Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH).
Meet Daniel Perico, MHC-LP
Daniel Perico brings a compassionate, well-rounded approach to mental health care. As a Behavioral Health Consultant, he works directly alongside primary care teams to support patients in achieving better “whole person” health. Daniel has experience providing counseling for individuals, couples, families, adolescents, young adults, and older adults. His clinical expertise spans depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, self-esteem issues, and day-to-day stressors that affect personal well-being and relationships. Before entering the counseling field, Daniel worked as a preventive social worker with Youth Advocate Programs, a nonprofit affiliated with New York State Child Protective Services. There, he advocated for at-risk youth and their families. This experience deepened his understanding of how systemic and everyday challenges affect mental health and fueled his passion to help others create lasting, meaningful change. Daniel’s favorite part of the job? Helping people grow. He believes in building authentic connections and guiding individuals toward healing and personal development. Outside of work, he leads an active and adventurous life. Read his full bio to learn more.
Introducing Blakely Brown, MHC-LP
Blakely Brown is passionate about helping children, adolescents, and young adults navigate life’s challenges. With experience providing individual, group, and family counseling for clients ages 6 to 29, she works with a wide range of mental health concerns—including anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, autism spectrum disorder, and more. Blakely’s interest in mental health began early, inspired by personal experiences and a deep empathy for others. A high school psychology class first sparked her curiosity, which grew through her hands-on work with the Middle Earth peer support program at the University at Albany. There, she supported students through crisis hotline work and peer wellness coaching—experiences that solidified her career path. With a strong interest in integrated care, Blakely is especially committed to closing the gaps she’s seen in support of those managing both mental health and substance use challenges. Her favorite part of the job is helping people feel empowered, relieved, and proud of the progress they make. Outside of the office, Blakely stays active in the community through the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention and Rotary International. Read her full bio to learn more.
We are excited to have Daniel and Blakely on our IBH team!
