Jaime Hollander

Jaime Hollander is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and works as a Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) on our Integrated Behavioral Health team. BHCs at Community Care Physicians are licensed mental health providers and social workers. Many are embedded within our practices working side by side with your doctor and health care team in delivering you the best “whole person” healthcare possible.

Jaime’s background includes individual and group counseling in children and adults, parent education, and skills training. She has experience treating anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, stress management, ADHD, life transitions, grief, and trauma. For many years, Jaime worked in a hospital setting in NYC, treating children and their families, as well as adults. She provided care coordination and mental health counseling and assisted children and their caregivers in navigating stressors brought on and/or intensified by the COVID-19 pandemic. Jaime takes person-centered and strength-based approaches to treatment, utilizing different techniques tailored to each individual.

Jaime’s personal and professional experiences have strengthened her goal of increasing mental health awareness and access to care while decreasing the stigma associated with mental health care and therapy making integrated behavior health an excellent fit. Jaime’s empathic nature creates a nurturing environment for patients to work through obstacles to achieve their goals. She enjoys helping people of all ages feel empowered and recognize their strengths.

Outside work, Jaime spends time with family and friends, reads books, tries new foods, and explores the Capital Region area.
