Our board-certified family physician, Dr. Grahame Fitz, is committed to primary care, preventive medicine, and continuity of care. We offer annual physicals, sick visits, wellness visits, and more. Our office also provides several sub-specialties to patients, including lab blood draw, medical imaging, OB/GYN, endocrinology, audiology, being co-located in the Clifton Park Health Park, a multispecialty healthcare building conveniently located off Route 9 in Clifton Park, NY.
