Partners in Family Medicine Cropseyville is a family medicine practice caring for patients of all ages. Offering care in a warm and welcoming office, we have been part of this community for more than 30 years.

We offer telemedicine appointments and a patient portal to connect with us online securely. We also provide our patients access to care management services, clinical pharmacists, and behavioral health consultants. Our office is located on County Route 2 in Rensselaer County, NY in a well-established medical arts building.
