Community Care Urology – Clifton Park provides general urology care for patients 18 years of age and older. Our board-certified urologists, Dr. Zachary Passaretti and Dr. Yoram Beer, specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of problems of the male and female urinary tract and stone disease. Our team performs minor urological surgical procedures in the office, including vasectomy, cystoscopies, and transrectal ultrasound biopsy.

Community Care Urology – Clifton Park is located on the second floor of the Clifton Park Health Park off Route 9 in Suite 202, sharing space with our colleagues at CCP’s Weight Management Program and The Office of Dr. Grahame Fitz. Our location is convenient as it provides several sub-specialties to patients, including primary care, lab blood draw, medical imaging, and more.
