Community Care Physicians (CCP) did not have a security incident. Our systems were not compromised.
Change Healthcare, which was previously a payment processing vendor for our billing system, Veradigm, did have a security incident. This past relationship is why CCP was named in letters our patients received.
If you have questions, patients can call Change Healthcare at 1-866-262-5342, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm, CT. Change Healthcare is offering patients the option to sign up for free credit protection. Please follow the instructions in your letter.

Dr. Yoram Beer is a board-certified adult and pediatric urologist at Community Care Urology in Latham, NY. Dr. Beer has been a urologist in the Capital Region for over 35 years and is well respected by his peers and patients. He is affiliated with several local hospitals, including Albany Medical Center, Albany Memorial Hospital, St Peter’s Health Partners, and Samaritan Hospital. He speaks three languages: English, French, and Hebrew.
