CapitalCare Neurology is a neurology practice treating patients five years and older for conditions such as neuropathies – genetic and acquired, epilepsy and seizure disorders, Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease and other dementias, stroke evaluation, prevention and treatment, Multiple Sclerosis diagnosis and treatment, headaches and migraines, concussions and other sports-related injuries.

We have state-of-the-art, on-site neurology laboratory facilities and offer in-office tests such as EMG/nerve conduction studies, EEG and ambulatory EEGs, and therapeutic Botox treatment for migraines, spasticity, and dystonia.

We are conveniently located in Niskayuna, NY, at the 2125 River Road Health Park, where you will find other medical specialties, including primary care, urology, oncology, nephrology, and others.

We offer early morning hours during the week for your convenience and are closed for lunch daily from 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm. We also provide telemedicine visits and a patient portal to connect with us online securely.
