CapitalCare Charlton Family Medicine, located in Ballston Lake, NY, is a family medicine medical practice treating patients of all ages. Offering care in a warm and welcoming office, we have been part of this community for over 30 years.
We offer telemedicine appointments and a patient portal to connect with us online securely. Our office takes lunch daily from noon – 1:00 pm, but our doors are open if you need to pick up prescriptions or paperwork. We offer early morning hours during the week for your convenience.
