CapitalCare Charlton Family Medicine, located in Ballston Lake, NY, is a family medicine medical practice treating patients of all ages. Offering care in a warm and welcoming office, we have been part of this community for over 40 years.
We offer telemedicine appointments and a patient portal to connect with us online securely. Our office takes lunch daily from noon – 1:00 pm, but our doors are open if you need to pick up prescriptions or paperwork. We offer early morning hours during the week for your convenience. Please note our answering service will be answering our phones during the lunch hour (12:00 pm – 1:00 pm) daily.
