Dr. Steffani Cotugno is a board-certified family physician. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and the Ellis Hospital Medical-Dental Staff. Dr. Cotugno earned her medical degree at the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine, Maine, and completed a family medicine residency at St. Clare’s Hospital, New York. Dr. Cotugno can speak Greek conversationally.

She has grown in her practice of establishing relationships with multiple generations of families. Her patients have gotten to know her as an individual, and she has gotten to know them so well. She loves all aspects of family medicine with a particular interest in women’s health and children.

Dr. Cotugno remains active in the community as a school physician for Shenendehowa, Niskayuna, and North Colonie school districts. Family life is a significant part of her life. She enjoys getting the opportunity to travel with her husband, Rob, and her children during her spare time.
