Robert Hawthorne is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and works as a Behavioral Health Consultant (BHC) on our Integrated Behavioral Health team. BHCs at Community Care Physicians are licensed mental health providers and social workers. Many are embedded within our practices working side by side with your doctor and health care team in delivering you the best “whole person” healthcare possible. Rob is a member of the New York Mental Health Counselors Association.

Rob’s favorite part of working as a BHC is being able to engage with his patients.

In his free time, Rob volunteers at Code Blue Saratoga, a program of shelters that provides low-barrier emergency shelter to individuals who are homeless, and is a swim team official at the YMCA. He also enjoys fly fishing and spending time with his family.
