Dr. Rachelle Brilliant is a board-certified family physician at Partners in Family Medicine North Greenbush in Troy, NY. She received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA, and completed an osteopathic internship and residency at Albany Medical Center in Albany, NY. Dr. Brilliant began her studies at Binghamton University in Binghamton, NY, earning her Bachelor of Science. She enjoys teaching and continues to train medical students as a Clinical Assistant Professor in Albany Medical College’s Department of Family and Community Medicine. Dr. Brilliant is very involved with the New York and American Academies of Family Physicians, serving various elected and appointed positions.

Dr. Brilliant grew up in Colorado, New Mexico, Ohio, and New Hampshire as the daughter of a U.S. Air Force officer. In her spare time, she enjoys music, travel, theater, pottery, and opera.
