Community Care Physicians (CCP) did not have a security incident. Our systems were not compromised.
Change Healthcare, which was previously a payment processing vendor for our billing system, Veradigm, did have a security incident. This past relationship is why CCP was named in letters our patients received.
If you have questions, patients can call Change Healthcare at 1-866-262-5342, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm, CT. Change Healthcare is offering patients the option to sign up for free credit protection. Please follow the instructions in your letter.

Mikayla Solloway

Biography

Mikayla Solloway is a certified nurse practitioner. She received her Master of Science in nursing, family nurse practitioner from D’Youville College in Buffalo, NY. Mikayla also holds a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix, AZ, and an Associate of Applied Science in nursing from SUNY Morrisville in Morrisville, NY. Mikayla believes disease prevention is one of the most important aspects of healthcare because people will live healthier lives if we can prevent diseases from occurring.

Throughout her training, she has gained a wealth of experience caring for patients of all ages. Mikayla’s favorite part of her career is building relationships with each of her patients. She chose family medicine because it allows her to care for individuals of all ages at different stages of life, and she loves to interact with each and every age group. She thoroughly enjoyed her women’s health rotation and is happy to provide female patients with the healthcare they need all in one place.

Mikayla is determined to provide each individual with the healthcare they deserve and treat them each with respect; ensure that they feel listened to; and allow them to leave the office with confidence, knowing they have someone who cares about them and is ready and willing to help at any moment. People know their bodies best, and Mikayla believes listening to her patients is extremely important in order to help her make the best healthcare decisions for them. She takes pride in what she does and wants to always provide a safe, happy, respectable, non-judgmental space for each of her patients. Her goal is to ensure that each of her patients feels comfortable and trusts that she will always put them and their best interests first.

Mikayla is originally from a small town, Sherburne, NY and in her free time enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends, being outdoors, and playing sports.
