EMR Upgrade throughout the weekend: CCP will be completing a scheduled upgrade to our electronic medical record (EMR) system to help enhance and support your care experience. Our practices remain accessible, on-call providers continue to be available, and Latham Urgent Care will remain open for urgent medical needs. Most of this work is happening behind the scenes. If you receive care this weekend, you likely won’t notice any difference, other than occasionally confirming information to ensure we have the most accurate details for your care. We appreciate your patience.

 

If you visit Urgent Care this weekend, it would be helpful to bring a current list of your medications. You should also expect paper prescriptions rather than electronic prescriptions during portions of the upgrade. Any other office-specific changes or instructions will be communicated directly by your practice, if needed. Please check your practice’s website for the latest updates.

Biography

Jonathan Doré is a certified physician assistant. He received his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Bryant University in Smithfield, RI, and his Bachelor of Science in clinical dietetics and nutrition from the University of Pittsburgh in Pittsburgh, PA. Jonathan chose a career in family medicine because he enjoys the scope of practice and having the ability to treat an infant in one appointment and an elderly patient in another, as well as all ages in between. He also has a particular interest in the prevention of chronic diseases, musculoskeletal and sports medicine conditions, and pediatrics. Outside of medicine, Jonathan enjoys CrossFit, hiking, and being outdoors. He also enjoys music and plays several different instruments.
