EMR Upgrade throughout the weekend: CCP will be completing a scheduled upgrade to our electronic medical record (EMR) system to help enhance and support your care experience. Our practices remain accessible, on-call providers continue to be available, and Latham Urgent Care will remain open for urgent medical needs. Most of this work is happening behind the scenes. If you receive care this weekend, you likely won’t notice any difference, other than occasionally confirming information to ensure we have the most accurate details for your care. We appreciate your patience.

 

If you visit Urgent Care this weekend, it would be helpful to bring a current list of your medications. You should also expect paper prescriptions rather than electronic prescriptions during portions of the upgrade. Any other office-specific changes or instructions will be communicated directly by your practice, if needed. Please check your practice’s website for the latest updates.

Biography

Jennifer VanDenburgh is a certified physician assistant and a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Clarkson University in Potsdam, New York, and her Bachelor of Science in biology from SUNY Cortland in Cortland, New York. Jennifer has a particular interest in women’s health, pediatrics, and preventative care.

Jennifer decided to pursue a career in healthcare because she loves the continuous learning experience from patients and the advances in medicine. She enjoys being a part of her patient’s lifelong health.

Originally from Scotia, Jennifer loves to spend time at home with her family and golden retriever. She enjoys hiking, running, spending time outdoors, and traveling.
