Dr. Bryan Dworsky received his medical degree from Albany Medical College in Albany, NY, and completed a family medicine residency at Albany Medical Center. He began his studies at the University of California, Berkeley in Berkeley, California, where he earned his bachelor’s degree in molecular and cell biology with an emphasis on immunology. Dr. Dworsky started pursuing medicine once he was old enough to ask questions about how the body works and why people hurt; it has been his lifelong pursuit to learn to get those answers.
Dr. Dworsky’s favorite part of his job is the continuity of care in family medicine and following up with his patients after he provides care. He likes engaging a patient in a conversation where they leave knowing more about their health and treatment than before they came in. Dr. Dworsky enjoys the ability to create a health plan for an infant, teenager, or geriatric patient all within the same day. He is passionate about patients’ involvement in outlining their care plan and feels it’s essential that both the practitioner and patient have equal participation when deciding the next step.
Dr. Dworsky has a specific medical interest in women’s health, office-based treatment, and addiction medicine. His dedication to health stretches beyond Community Care Physicians. Dr. Dworsky, in the past, has provided his services during an international medical relief trip to Africa! He is also a monthly blood donor for the Red Cross.
In his spare time, Dr. Dworsky likes to participate in mud runs and bike touring. He is also SCUBA certified!
