21-Day Challenge
As the summer approaches, it's time to start thinking about kicking our health into high gear by not only losing weight but improving our heart health, lowering our blood pressure, and decreasing our risk of illnesses such as heart disease and diabetes.
It's Time to Make a Change
Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States, according to the CDC. About 610,000 people die of heart disease every year.
29.1 million people in the U.S. have diabetes and about 8.1 million of those people go undiagnosed. It remains the 7th leading cause of death in the United States, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
