The Oncology Nurse Navigators are certified oncology nurses and a resource for all your questions to make your care as seamless as possible. Whether you need a screening or full coordination of oncology care, we relieve you of the burden of scheduling appointments, communicating with multiple offices, and dealing with any stress or worry on your own. Everything the Oncology Nurse Navigators do is under the guidance of your primary care practitioner and we remain in constant communication with those practitioners involved in your care. Your primary care practitioner can contact our Nurse Navigators to assist you or you can reach out to us directly on your own.
