When urgent, but non-life-threatening illnesses or injuries happen, think Urgent Care. Sometimes your regular doctor’s office isn’t available, or you don’t yet have a primary care physician. Community Care Physicians’ Latham Urgent Care Center is designed for situations that require immediate attention but aren’t life-threatening enough to be worth a visit to the emergency room.

Our Urgent Care Center provides walk-in service every day with less waiting time, less cost, and more convenience than a typical hospital emergency room. We also offer on-site imaging, DOT physicals, Immigration physicals, COVID-19 assessment, and testing!

You never need an appointment, and we treat patients three months and older. We also accept most major insurances. Whether you have a runny nose, a sore throat, or need attention for a minor injury or illness, our practitioners and staff at Urgent Care can help you – just walk in!

In addition to your standard urgent care walk-in services, we offer:

• Fractures/sprains – rule out fractures and plaster splinting until orthopedics follow up.
• X-ray – days, evenings, weekend and holiday hours.
• CT and ultrasound – days and weekends only, not on holidays.
• Blood work is available during Urgent Care’s daytime hours Mon-Fri when LabCare Latham is open. After hours and holiday testing performed at Urgent Care includes COVID, flu, strep, pregnancy, glucose, mono, urinalysis.
• Stitches and minor laceration repair (if not on the face).

Our Urgent Care Center is staffed by board-certified family physicians, certified physician assistants, or nurse practitioners.
