Every patient deserves the same treatment you’d provide to your own family.
Michael Repicky is a certified physician assistant specializing in emergency medicine and aerospace medicine. He is a member of the Society of Army Physician Assistants and the Society of US Army Flight Surgeons. Michael completed the Interservice Physician Assistant Program (IPAP), earning both a Master of Physician Assistant Studies and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in Omaha, NE. Michael is also a graduate of the US Army Flight Surgeon Course at Fort Rucker, AL. He has a particular interest in wilderness medicine.
Michael always loved science and working with his hands, and medicine allows him to do both. He believes practicing medicine at any level requires continual growth and education. This was the next step in his growth and education after eight years as an Army Medic. He loves when a patient walks out feeling better than when they came in. Michael thinks the most important thing is providing answers and education because the fear of the unknown is usually worse than the actual problem. If you need acute care, he is here to answer questions and get you back on your feet. Michael’s biggest takeaway from all his education and training is that most diagnoses can be found in the patient’s history.
Michael is originally from Niskayuna and enjoys working on cars in his spare time.
