CapitalCare Pulmonary Medicine specializes in lung conditions and treatments of patients 13 years of age and older. Our team consists of board-certified physicians certified in pulmonary medicine, internal medicine, and critical care, as well as advanced nurse practitioners. We specialize in several lung conditions and treatments, including asthma, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), interstitial lung disease (ILD), pleural effusion, lung cancer, cough, dyspnea, pulmonary function tests, thoracentesis procedure, bronchoscopy exam, and lung biopsies.

We have a fully operational Pulmonary Function lab with a Registered Respiratory Therapist. Our office is conveniently located at the 2125 River Road Health Park in Niskayuna, NY, home to many Community Care offices, including primary care, medical imaging, lab services, cancer care, and more.

In addition to our office in Niskayuna, our physicians also see patients at St. Peter’s Hospital and Ellis Hospital, at the request of the hospitalists on-site.
