Join us on Thursday, September 22, 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm at 1785 Route 9, Clifton Park, for a free Preparing for Pregnancy and Beyond seminar brought to you by Community Care Physicians, CDPHP, and Ovia Health. From fertility and prenatal vitamins to breastfeeding basics and introducing solids, this one-hour presentation will prepare you for the journey to parenthood.
Topics we’ll cover:
• Preconception care: how to prepare for a healthy pregnancy, what to consider when trying to conceive, birth control tracking, birth spacing, healthy eating, exercise, and more.
• Pregnancy care: What to expect, breastfeeding preparation, prenatal vitamins, prenatal appointments, and your journey through the trimesters.
• Navigating parenthood: infant care, i.e., sleep, feeding, and introducing solids, and postpartum care, i.e. returning to work and postpartum appointments.
• And more!
Dr. Christopher Bloss from Capital Region Women’s Care and Victoria Mitchell, CNM from Community Care OB/GYN and Midwifery, will be a part of these discussions and will be available to answer your questions, along with the CDPHP and Ovia teams.
The seminar is available for in-person and virtual viewing. Light refreshments and goodie bags will be provided to those attending in person. Register here to attend!
