Welcome our newest addition to the CCP family, Troy Family Physicians! CCP welcomes the practice and its providers with open arms to our team.

Troy Family Physicians, located at 200 Northern Drive (at the bottom of Route 40 in Troy, NY), has been practicing and caring for the Troy community for 35 years! Our team at Troy Family Physicians offer several in-office procedures, including the destruction of benign neoplasms, joint arthrocentesis, laceration repairs, and other minor surgery patients might need. They also provide diabetic instruction on an individual basis.

We are thrilled to have Dr. John O’Bryan, Dr. Russell Wenacur, and Barbara Lahey, FNP-C join us. The team at Troy Family Physicians value getting to know their patients and creating long-term relationships with neighbors.

Dr. John O’Bryan is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He received his medical degree from SUNY Health Science Center at Upstate Medical Center and completed his family medicine residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Outside work, he is a Troy-Albany Youth Hockey Association board member and enjoys bicycling, hiking, boating, traveling, and classic cars.

Dr. Russell Wenacur is a Diplomate of the American Board of Family Physicians. He received his medical degree from SUNY Health Science Center at Upstate Medical Center and completed his family medicine residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital. His experience expands beyond family medicine. He has previously volunteered as a physician for the U.S. Transplant Games and the U.S. Special Olympics.

Barbara Lahey is a certified family nurse practitioner with over 15 years of experience in the medical field. She received her Master of Science in nursing from Sage Graduate School. Barbara was trained in functional medicine and is passionate about whole-body wellness and preventative care. She is a team player ready to provide seamless collaborative care for patients of all ages.
