Community Care Physicians (CCP) did not have a security incident. Our systems were not compromised.
Change Healthcare, which was previously a payment processing vendor for our billing system, Veradigm, did have a security incident. This past relationship is why CCP was named in letters our patients received.
If you have questions, patients can call Change Healthcare at 1-866-262-5342, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm, CT. Change Healthcare is offering patients the option to sign up for free credit protection. Please follow the instructions in your letter.

Victoria Mitchell

Biography

Victoria Mitchell is a certified nurse midwife who achieved her Master of Science in nursing, with a concentration in midwifery from Stony Brook University School of Nursing in Stony Brook, NY. She earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from Southern Vermont College in Bennington, VT. Victoria is certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board and is a member of the American College of Nurse-Midwives.

Victoria always knew she wanted a career in medicine, and after having her children, she found her passion for midwifery. She believes the continuum of care for the mother is a pivotal part of their health. Victoria believes it’s important to see patients as a whole and give them the autonomy to let them make their own decisions in an informed way. Her favorite part of being a nurse midwife is helping women through different transitions in their lives and providing joy or a sense of calm.

In her spare time, Victoria loves to cook and bake and spend time with her family. Her three kids keep her busy with sports and other activities.
