EMR Upgrade throughout the weekend: CCP will be completing a scheduled upgrade to our electronic medical record (EMR) system to help enhance and support your care experience. Our practices remain accessible, on-call providers continue to be available, and Latham Urgent Care will remain open for urgent medical needs. Most of this work is happening behind the scenes. If you receive care this weekend, you likely won’t notice any difference, other than occasionally confirming information to ensure we have the most accurate details for your care. We appreciate your patience.

 

If you visit Urgent Care this weekend, it would be helpful to bring a current list of your medications. You should also expect paper prescriptions rather than electronic prescriptions during portions of the upgrade. Any other office-specific changes or instructions will be communicated directly by your practice, if needed. Please check your practice’s website for the latest updates.

Stephen Sipperly

Biography

Dr. Stephen Sipperly is board certified in family medicine. He received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine, Maine, and completed a family medicine residency at St. Clare’s Hospital, New York. As a lifelong resident of the Capital Region, Dr. Sipperly has practiced as a family physician in the area for many years. He is active in his local community by volunteering at the Alliance for Positive Health, a service organization providing HIV/AIDS education and services to residents in upstate New York. He continues to pursue his interest in medicine by serving as a school physician for Hudson Valley Community College, Burnt Hills-Ballston Lake Central School District, and Berne-Knox-Westerlo Central School District.
