Community Care Physicians (CCP) did not have a security incident. Our systems were not compromised.
Change Healthcare, which was previously a payment processing vendor for our billing system, Veradigm, did have a security incident. This past relationship is why CCP was named in letters our patients received.

Srilaxmi Tumuluri

MD, FACP, MS

Biography

Dr. Srilaxmi Tumuluri joined CCP in 2013 as a full-time primary care physician at Latham Internal Medicine. Prior to joining CCP, she was an academic hospitalist at the VA Hospital in Albany and at the University of Chicago Hospital, where she earned a master’s degree in public health. Her nationally recognized research studied the role of access to primary care in preventable hospitalizations. A graduate of the Stony Brook School of Medicine, Dr. Tumuluri was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. She completed her internal medicine residency at the New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Center in Manhattan, NY, in 2007. Prior to medical school, she went to business school at the University of Pennsylvania but changed her career path to pursue her calling to be a physician.
