Community Care Physicians (CCP) did not have a security incident. Our systems were not compromised.
Change Healthcare, which was previously a payment processing vendor for our billing system, Veradigm, did have a security incident. This past relationship is why CCP was named in letters our patients received.
If you have questions, patients can call Change Healthcare at 1-866-262-5342, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm, CT. Change Healthcare is offering patients the option to sign up for free credit protection. Please follow the instructions in your letter.

Shenelle Gaston

Biography

Dr. Shenelle Gaston received her medical degree from Albany Medical College in 1994 and completed her pediatric residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine-Montefiore Medical Center, where she was the Chief Resident in charge of pediatric clinics. She moved to the Albany area in 1998 and joined Community Care Pediatrics – Clifton Park (formerly CapitalCare Pediatrics Clifton Park). Dr. Gaston is on staff at The Ellis-Bellevue Hospital complex and a member of the Medical Society of the State of New York.

When not taking care of her patients, Dr. Gaston enjoys spending time with her two sons, reading, cooking, and traveling.
