Dr. Prabhakar Chava is a board certified physician in internal and geriatric medicine. He received his medical degree from Kakatiya Medical College in India after completing his internship at Ghandi Memorial Hospital located in Warangal, India. His residency in internal medicine was completed at the Helene Fuld Medical Center in Trenton, NJ, and his geriatric fellowship at Albany Medical Center.
Dr. Chava specializes in acute inpatient and outpatient adult and geriatric medicine. In addition to practicing medicine, he is a medical director for a long-term and sub-acute rehabilitation facility as well as a clinical preceptor for residents focusing in geriatric medicine.
