EMR Upgrade throughout the weekend: CCP will be completing a scheduled upgrade to our electronic medical record (EMR) system to help enhance and support your care experience. Our practices remain accessible, on-call providers continue to be available, and Latham Urgent Care will remain open for urgent medical needs. Most of this work is happening behind the scenes. If you receive care this weekend, you likely won’t notice any difference, other than occasionally confirming information to ensure we have the most accurate details for your care. We appreciate your patience.

 

If you visit Urgent Care this weekend, it would be helpful to bring a current list of your medications. You should also expect paper prescriptions rather than electronic prescriptions during portions of the upgrade. Any other office-specific changes or instructions will be communicated directly by your practice, if needed. Please check your practice’s website for the latest updates.

Nicole Pellegrini

Biography

Nicole Pellegrini is a certified physician assistant. She completed the Physician Assistant Program at DeSales University in Center Valley, Pennsylvania. Nicole began her studies at Union College in Schenectady, New York, earning her Bachelor of Science in biological sciences. She has a particular interest in hearing loss. Nicole believes it is so important to address hearing loss and use all available resources to help the patient.

Nicole enjoys getting to know her patients and their families. She says once you know someone, it makes it much easier to determine what is going on with them, and you can help diagnose and understand what is ailing someone much better when you understand them as a person, not just a diagnosis.

Nicole is originally from Guilderland. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her two children and husband and traveling.
