Originally from the Ulster County area, nurse practitioner Lisa Eberhardt earned her Bachelor of Science in nursing from SUNY Delhi. She proceeded to receive her Master of Science in nursing, family nurse practitioner from Sage Graduate Schools. Lisa is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, the American Nurses Association, the Wound Ostomy and Continence Nurses Society, the Society for Vascular Nursing, and Sigma Theta Tau International Nursing Honor Society.
Lisa always welcomed the thought of helping people, but this thought became a greater reality while pursuing her NP degree. Lisa loves seeing patients achieve their goals and obtaining their desired health outcomes. After working in wound care for the past two years, Lisa found it so rewarding and gratifying to see her treatment methods heal her patients. When it comes to caring for patients, Lisa believes holistically treating patients is most important. She has a specific interest in disease prevention.
Lisa previously participated in several medical missions in the Dominican Republic through the Institute of Latin American Concern (ILAC) in 2015 and 2016, where she provided nursing care to surgical patients in an ophthalmology medical mission. In her spare time, Lisa enjoys kayaking, cycling, gardening, and cooking.
