Community Care Physicians (CCP) did not have a security incident. Our systems were not compromised.
Change Healthcare, which was previously a payment processing vendor for our billing system, Veradigm, did have a security incident. This past relationship is why CCP was named in letters our patients received.
If you have questions, patients can call Change Healthcare at 1-866-262-5342, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm, CT. Change Healthcare is offering patients the option to sign up for free credit protection. Please follow the instructions in your letter.

Lindsay Mumford Nemith

Biography

Originally from Albany, Lindsay Mumford Nemith earned her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Colgate University in Hamilton, NY, and a Master of Science in nursing with a specialty in pediatrics from Boston College in Boston, MA. She is certified as a pediatric nurse practitioner, and her areas of special interest are acute and newborn care.

Lindsay’s previous experience includes serving as a pediatric nurse practitioner at Hanover Pediatrics, Healthcare South in Hanover, Massachusetts, and as a clinical assistant in the emergency department of Boston Children’s Hospital. She is a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. Lindsay is certified in CPR and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS).

When Lindsay isn’t seeing patients, you will find her at home in Saratoga Springs with her husband, their two sons, and golden retriever.
