Kyle Nolan is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and a member of the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses. He received his Master of Science in nursing from Sage Graduate School in Troy, NY, and earned his Bachelor of Science in nursing from The State University of New York at Plattsburgh. Kyle has a particular interest in disease prevention and preventive care because that is what keeps people healthy!
Kyle decided to pursue a career in the medical field when he was a junior in high school. He spoke to his primary care provider about different areas of medicine and had the opportunity to shadow some various fields. Kyle took an interest in nursing because his mom is also a nurse, and he saw firsthand how rewarding the job is. Kyle later decided to become a nurse practitioner because he wanted to provide more for his patients. He loves working in family medicine, especially for the continuity of care it provides, and seeing his patients regularly for preventative care and acute issues.
Kyle spends time volunteering at Double H Ranch, a fantastic camp located in the Adirondacks for children with serious medical conditions. Outside of medicine, Kyle enjoys playing golf, skiing, traveling, and exploring with his wife and two dogs.
