Community Care Physicians (CCP) did not have a security incident. Our systems were not compromised.
Change Healthcare, which was previously a payment processing vendor for our billing system, Veradigm, did have a security incident. This past relationship is why CCP was named in letters our patients received.
If you have questions, patients can call Change Healthcare at 1-866-262-5342, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm, CT. Change Healthcare is offering patients the option to sign up for free credit protection. Please follow the instructions in your letter.

Kristine Campagna

Biography

Dr. Kristine Campagna is a board-certified family physician and holds a Certificate of Added Qualification in sports medicine. She received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine fromĀ  New York College of Osteopathic Medicine (NYCOM) in Old Westbury, New York, and completed her osteopathic rotating internship and residency training in family medicine at Albany Medical Center in Albany, New York. Following residency training, Dr. Campagna completed a primary care sports medicine fellowship at Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. She also received an MBA in healthcare management from Clarkson University. Dr. Campagna began her studies at Columbia University in New York City, New York, earning her Bachelor of Arts. She has a particular interest in sports medicine. Dr. Campagna enjoys doing procedures like corticosteroid injections that help lessen patients’ symptoms.

Dr. Campagna decided to pursue medicine after a sports-related injury in high school. She went to physical therapy for several months became interested in treating sports-related injuries. Dr. Campagna’s favorite part of being a family physician is the relationships with her patients. She loves helping them achieve a goal, whether it’s weight loss, better glycemic control, or improved mental health.

Dr. Campagna grew up in Garden City, New York. As a physician who enjoys the practice of medical principles related to sports science, it’s not a surprise that she also enjoys sports outside of the office! Dr. Campagna likes weight training and spending time with her husband and two sons.
