Community Care Physicians (CCP) did not have a security incident. Our systems were not compromised.
Change Healthcare, which was previously a payment processing vendor for our billing system, Veradigm, did have a security incident. This past relationship is why CCP was named in letters our patients received.
If you have questions, patients can call Change Healthcare at 1-866-262-5342, Monday through Friday, 8 am to 8 pm, CT. Change Healthcare is offering patients the option to sign up for free credit protection. Please follow the instructions in your letter.

Kelly Dennin

Biography

Dr. Kelly Dennin is a board-certified general surgeon specializing in breast surgery. She completed her undergraduate education at Union College in Schenectady, NY, where she received her bachelor’s degree in biology. She then attended RPI in Troy for her Master of Science in biology before earning her medical degree from Albany Medical College. Dr. Dennin completed her general surgery residency at Albany Medical Center, where she received several awards and recognition for her outstanding academic and professional qualities and excellence in medical student education.

Dr. Dennin is active in her medical community, serving on several committees for local hospitals and insurance companies. She has served in the past as Chief of Surgery, Chief of Staff, and Department Chief of General Surgery at Albany Memorial Hospital.

When she isn’t seeing patients, she enjoys running, dancing, reading, bicycling, and cross-country skiing.
