EMR Upgrade throughout the weekend: CCP will be completing a scheduled upgrade to our electronic medical record (EMR) system to help enhance and support your care experience. Our practices remain accessible, on-call providers continue to be available, and Latham Urgent Care will remain open for urgent medical needs. Most of this work is happening behind the scenes. If you receive care this weekend, you likely won’t notice any difference, other than occasionally confirming information to ensure we have the most accurate details for your care. We appreciate your patience.

 

If you visit Urgent Care this weekend, it would be helpful to bring a current list of your medications. You should also expect paper prescriptions rather than electronic prescriptions during portions of the upgrade. Any other office-specific changes or instructions will be communicated directly by your practice, if needed. Please check your practice’s website for the latest updates.

Biography

Dr. Joseph Fusella is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice and the American Board of Osteopathic Family Practice. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice, the American Academy of Osteopathy, the American Osteopathic Association, the American Osteopathic Directors of Medical Education, and the Medical Society of the State of New York. Dr. Fusella received his medical degree at the New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, New York, and completed a residency at St. Clare’s Hospital in Schenectady, New York.
